We are one of a group of studios in South East QLD that offer a program of fun, dance and fitness to deliver an incredible pole experience for everyone. Our six week term courses work on fitness but will also teach you the technique of ‘how’ to pole – including a breakdown of the pole tricks. Start at Level 1 and work your way up!

Our casual classes are for all levels and focus on general fitness. They keep you moving for the whole class time to maximise workout and therefore we don’t use these classes to teach the breakdown of how to do pole tricks. They work great in combination, so starting at Level 1 course is perfect as you get free casuals with your first course – best of both worlds!

We also offer Lyra (aerial hoop) courses, private lessons, hen’s parties and other group functions and lots more, so have a look at our timetable and price list and contact us to book in or to find out more details.

Plus, the FREE unlimited casual class pass that comes with your first Level 1 course (valued at over $130!!) activates as soon as you have booked and paid for your course in full – so the sooner you book in, the earlier you can start your free casual classes – and the pass is still valid right up to the end of your Level 1 course, so get pole-ing as soon as you can!

Not sure about doing a course before you try a taster pole dance lesson? Pole-Taster is FREE for a limited time. Please call us to book a place in the next Pole-Taster session, as places are limited for this class. Please note: We cannot hold Level 1 course spots and cannot guarantee classes will not book out before your Taster class. To avoid disappointment, secure your course spot with a minimum deposit before the Taster class.
